Domestic packages within Australia are sent using Australia Post with tracking numbers provided. Standard and express shipping available.
RETURNS
In the event that you are unhappy with the products you have received and are seeking a refund, please contact us at info@lashouau.com. Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, Lashout is unable to accommodate exchanges or change of mind returns.
If the item you have purchased has a major fault or arrives damaged, please email photos to info@lashoutau.com.
STORE PICK-UP
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Orders usually packed within 24 hours of placing. Orders can be picked up between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Order ID required on pickup arrival.
